A typical question often asked is “what’s your favourite camera, lens, filtration set and lights?”. More often than not, Jarryd’s answer is “The right one for the job.” He enjoys the challenge of finding out what works just right for each story, and then nailing it on the day in the studio and out on location.

Jarryd’s cinematography credits include feature films, TV specials, episodic TV, TVCs, documentaries, shorts and music videos as both DOP / cinematographer and 2nd unit / B-camera operator. He strives to continuously technically up-skill and offer flexible solutions to problems on the fly in a personalised, approachable and friendly manner. His professional colourist and post knowledge allows him to offer ideas and solutions on location to save production time, effort and money, in addition to interfacing well with fellow cinematographers, directors and producers.
