Jarryd Hall is based in Queensland, Australia, and is capable of working in a variety of Film and Television areas including post production with general editing (utilising a mobile Final Cut Studio 3 editing suite) colour grading utilising Apple Color, workflows, (including video formats/codecs) data management, optimising/encoding video for various mediums such as DVD and Internet mediums. With a history in Macintosh training, Jarryd is highly proficient in technical matters for both PC and Mac platforms which proves highly valuable when planning productions from a technical prospective, including data management and absolute redundancy. In addition, Jarryd is also an experienced Data Wrangler for many cameras, including the RED ONE, Canon EOS and many other straight-to-file capture cameras.

Jarryd is also available to work in camera department where he is an experienced cinematographer (utilising the high-end Canon 5D Mark II and only high quality-grade Canon ‘L’ lenses) camera op, focus puller and camera assisting with SD and HD video, 16/35mm film, RED ONE and Canon 5D Mk II, having worked on multiple feature films, shorts, documentaries, art films and music video clips.

Jarryd is also an experienced photographer, utilising the high-end Canon 5D Mark II and only high quality-grade Canon ‘L’ lenses, with images graded between Photoshop, Lightroom 3 and Aperture 3. He is available to shoot modelling/head shots, events, landscape, pet, artistic and abstract photography, including the use of extended time lapse and and high dynamic range image captures.
